Day 102 - photo a day 2017

I totally forgot to take a photo today but I've just remembered so I'm resorting to a backup idea. I've previously mentioned using my fitbit UP3 for sleep tracking so here's a screenshot of yesterday's tracking data. As well as this data if I were to scroll down there's a graph of my passive heart rate overnight and my resting heart rate for the last 7 days against length of sleep each day.
My target sleep is 7hr30, not for any specific reason other than it sounds reasonable. So I managed to hit 102% of that target, I started to go to sleep at 23:23 and I woke up properly at 07:41. The rest is quite self explanatory, those 2 wake ups were both to go to the toilet. UP3 sleep screenshot
