Another standard day. This evening I cleared out what used to be my office but has become a bit of a storage room. I mostly just moved stuff that belongs outside into the garage and then tidied up to leave some space and make the room a room again. My reasoning for doing this is to give me some clear space for doing stretches and a small amount of weight stuffs. I also wrote down all of my stretches as I have a habit of forgetting a couple of them and this way I can see them all and just follow the order.
I try to hold each stretch for 15 seconds but I felt like the routine was taking far longer than it should have been. As I just judge how long to hold them based on doing 15 slow breaths I decided to actually time a couple of the stretches. Turns out I hold each for 30-45 seconds, no bad thing I think!
