Desperate times! Resistance bands. Why? In the last visit with my neurologist he demonstrated that my hip flexors were weakened, the right one especially so. He recommended that I do stretching and try to strengthen it. These resistance bands are a part of trying to strengthen it. Elysia's sister is a physio so she asked what exercise might be good for, she recommended lying psoas with a band, as demonstrated in this video. I've combined that with a couple of other non-band exercises. Here's hoping it helps... Resistance bands
